(Bembo monotype, half-tone negatives by Richard Benson, binding by Sendor Bindery and printed in three-impression lithography to 'ensure maximum possible fidelity of reproduction'). In addition to the photography there is an essay with notes by John Szarkowski. Maroon cloth boards with blind-stamped title (The Work of Atget) on the front. The spine features the fuller title in bold gilt lettering. Rear board displays a little scratching/marking. Internally, the pages are mildly tanned throughout (mainly at the margins) with some minor rippling on the preliminary pages. pp. 182. 4to.
