Dr Amy Strachan worked as a specialist primary science teacher in England, Japan and The Gambia for over twelve years. She currently works as a senior lecturer in primary science education at St Mary's University, Twickenham, London. Amy is a lead facilitator of STEM CPD and supports schools to gain accreditation for quality primary science. Jemima Davey is a lecturer in primary science education at St Mary's University, London. Following her years in the classroom as a teacher, science coordinator and NQT mentor, Jemima completed research exploring the support available for early career teachers planning and delivery primary science.
