Michael E. Cohen (Los Angeles, CA) is the author and co-author of numerous books, most recently The iPad 2 Project Book (Peachpit) and Take Control of TextExpander (TidBITS Publishing), and is currently a contributing editor to TidBITS, a Macintosh-oriented online newsletter, now in its twenty-second year. Cohen has been hanging out at the intersection of Science and The Arts for the last four decades. He is a graduate of UCLA's Motion Picture and Television program and has developed instructional and commercial software and written about it.
