A collaboration with Gordon; a collection of images and texts from the past forty years that deal with the idea of visual memory, shared visual knowledge and the interwoven texture of imagined and remembered sounds and images. Also explores the relationship between film and psychoanalysis, and the way these systems of thought have affected the idea of individual biography.

Oversized Hardcover. Zustand: Good. Published in conjunction with the exhibition @MoMA/NYC, Jun.11-Sept.4.2006. In his most well-known works, Gordon reframes the familiar & popular movies we take for granted - Hitchcock's 'Psycho', for example, slowed to a screening time of twenty-four hours in '24 Hour Psycho' - provoking feelings of anxiety, recognition, and amnesia as we examine our memories of these films and compare them with theirnew circumstance. This publication presents a detailed history of Gordon's most significant film & video installations, along with key works in other mediums, including text, photography, the artist's own body.
