Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Stephen R. Elias is an attorney and associate publisher at Nolo Press. He is the author of many Nolo titles, including: How to File for Bankruptcy, Software Development: A Legal Guide, The Trademark Book, Collect Your Court Judgment, Fed Up With the Legal System and Nolo's Pocket Guide to Family Law.

He received his law degree from Hastings College of Law and practiced law in California, New York and Vermont before joining Nolo Press in 1980.
