Robert Reese's journey began in Galveston, Texas, where he was lovingly raised by his parents alongside his two brothers. Growing up as a Black child in the challenging landscape of 1960s America, his family eventually settled in Dallas, Texas-a vibrant city known for its State Fair and beloved sports teams like the Cowboys and Mavericks. Today, Robert pours his heart into children's literature, where his passion truly shines.
