Saleh Faruque is an advisor on wireless communication for Northern Telecom Wireless Systems, Richardson, Texas, where he lends RF and system engineering support of AMPS, TDMA, GSM, CDMA, and PCS systems. A senior member of the IEEE, he earned his Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the University of Waterloo, Canada.
