Low-intensity warfare poses important problems for American interest and policy. Because of the lack of understanding of low-intensity conflict, the United States is ill prepared to face its consequences. This book is a serious effort to make low-intensity conflict more understandable, and was originally published by the Air University Press at Maxwell Air Force Base.
