Inhaltsangabe

The essays from the distinguished academics who comprise the REFORM Group (Restructuring Energy Systems for Optimal Resource Management) in this collection focus on one of the core topics of European Union energy policy―the increase and support of renewable sources for electricity production. Developments in energy policy in a number of key countries―with a focus on barriers and drivers towards further expansion of renewable sources―and how those developments have helped or hindered the growth in the use of renewables are analyzed in detail from a number of different viewpoints.
