Biografía del autor

J. Ronald Lally, a national expert on early childhood development, has been developing programs and policies for young children and their families since 1966 and has served as director of child- and family-related programs at WestEd since 1978. He founded and currently co-directs its Center for Child and Family Studies and directs the Program for Infant/Toddler Caregivers. With ZERO TO THREE, which he helped found, Lally and his staff operate the Early Head Start National Resource Center. Prior to joining WestEd, he was a professor at Syracuse University and chair of its Department of Child and Family Studies. His most recent publication is "How Early Head Start Nurtures the Earliest Learning" in "Early Head Start: Beacon of Hope for America's Youngest Children " (in press), Eds. Lombardi, J. & Bogle, M. Lally has a doctoral degree in educational psychology.
