Randy Kirk, author of "Principles of Bicycle Retailing," "Bicycle Retailers Guide to Getting Rich in the Recession," and "When Friday Isn't Payday," has enjoyed success at all levels of the bicycle business, ranging from retailing to manufacturing and distributing. In various capacities, Kirk has accumulated a broad background in sales, marketing, promotion, management, and finance. He also conducts frequent industry seminars and motivation sessions, and holds degrees in law and psychology from UCLA. He is currently president of AC International, a bicycle product supplier.
