No. 216 of 750 numbered copies, the limitation page is signed by both Dean Koontz, and Pamela Lee. The slipcase is in tan colored Iris cloth. The silk cloth has faded on the spine to a lighter green, and the lettering has mostly faded, yet the boards are a full luscious green color, their color being preserved by the slipcase.
