Virginia A. Jones, CRM is the Records Systems Coordinator for the City of Newport News, Virginia, Department of Public Utilities and serves as principal of VAJones Associates, a consulting and training firm. Author of "Handbook of Microfilm Technology and Procedures" her articles appear regularly in national trade publications. Ms. Jones is also a frequent speaker at professional conferences and chapter meetings.
Kris E. Keyes is the Administrative Services Manager for the City of Newport News, Virginia, Department of Public Utilities where he writes extensively on a variety of topics. His responsiblities include emergency management planning for the department. Mr. Keyes earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Governmental Administration from Christopher Newport University and a Master of Public Administration degree from Old Dominion University.
