Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Linda S. Bingham has a master's degree from the University of Houston. She taught in Houston public schools and managed the campaign office for her sister-in-law Kathy Whitmire, who became Houston's first woman mayor. Ms. Bingham has published short stories in little magazines and won the Katherine Anne Porter prize for her short story "Two Thousand Years of Forgetting." She is a member of Sisters in Crime and the Austin Writers' League. She lives in the scenic Central Texas village of Wimberley. John Bolt is based on the arson investigation career of her husband Bob.
