Gail Howard pioneered scientific lottery systems in North America, and she continues to be the leading innovator of lottery winning strategies. In 1982, when Gail created her systems, New York was the only state that had a Lotto game. The method of wheeling Lotto numbers to guarantee a specific prize was introduced to American lottery players by Gail Howard in 1983. It was entirely through her effortsher books, newsletters, articles in national magazines and her television appearancesthat wheeling systems became known and recognized as mathematically valid systems that reduce the odds.

In a July 24, 1988 article, the New York Daily News reported: "Wheeling systems like Howard's have the most respectability among critics since they concede that the wheels offer a systematic way of reducing the odds."

Several years after she popularized wheeling systems, others began selling them in pamphlets, books and shareware. Now, most lottery software packages include at least a few wheeling systems. But Gail Howard's wheeling systems are unique and superior in many ways.

From Page 3: If this book appears overwhelming with too much in it, do not consider that undesirable. If anything, I give my readers too much. There are many simple books and pamphlets being sold that are just fluff and nonsense. I don't think that is what you really want. It's more important to understand only a small part of a good book, then to understand everything in a worthless book.
