Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
A native of Liverpool, Paul was born in 1964. With a large mop of black hair, the nurses persuaded his mother to name him Paul after one of the heroes of Liverpool, Paul McCartney. He grew up in a large working class family and though times were hard, his mother and father made sure Paul, his brothers, and sisters always came first. Paul was expelled from school at age 15. His headmaster told him that he would never achieve anything in his life. He started work, first as a baker with his father but he left to study electronics and became a qualified electronics engineer. In 1990 he moved to Devon with his wife and daughter, where he founded his own security company which he and his wife have successfully managed along with several other small businesses. But in 1997 he suffered a life changing accident at work which has left him with constant chronic pain and spinal problems. Not one to remain inactive for very long, he has been a Samaritan and a volunteer in local schools and a local youth club. He has even been known to take part in local amateur dramatics.
