Eilidh Milnes Keynote Speaker and Communications Consultant. She creates programmes to enhance communication within a range of high profile organisations. She has worked with private and public sector clients on three continents. For almost 20 years, Eilidh has been helping businesses convey key messages to their employees influencing behaviour and facilitating culture change. Many of her clients have seen dramatic improvements as a result of her interventions, but culture change can take time and the benefits of a one-off campaign or keynote speech can be short-lived. So, Eilidh has developed a programme of ongoing communication coaching aimed at tackling the key behaviors at all levels of an organisation or business.
