Inhaltsangabe

In the mystical domain of Myrthran, there are three realms; of the Light, of Darkness, and of Neutrality. A mortal god stolen from the Light and raised in Darkness will unleash the evil that has been locked away in the Underworld for a thousand years. None can defeat Bane, the Demon Lord, and only he can break the seven blue wards that bind the Black Lord below. Yet an innocent girl child, born of the Light, is sent into the Darkness to redeem him. Bane has been forged by the fires of Hell, taught only hatred and tempered by pain and rage. Mirra has only known kindness and love, and knows nothing of her purpose. She must turn him from his savage path of bloodshed and destruction, but her love is pitted against fierce loyalty and a false blood bond as well. Mirra's fragile and misunderstood hold on Bane's heart forces him to cling to his mortality, but the Overworld is doomed unless she can turn him to the Light ...
