Howard E. Crouch, a native of New Brunswick, New Jersey, now resides in Wantagh, Long Island, New York. He graduated from Columbia University, New York, with a Master of Arts degree in Hospital Administration, and from Columbia University School of Medicine with a Master of Science in Administrative Medicine. He served on the Administrative staffs of New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center, Veterans Administration Hospital in Brooklyn, Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City, and St. Peters General Hospital in New Brunswick. In addition, for more than 20 years he taught Advance Placement Biology at the John F. Kennedy High School in Bellmore, New York. He is the founder and president of the Damien-Dutton Society for Leprosy Aid, Inc., headquartered in Bellmore, New York. He has received many awards for his dedication to assist victims of leprosy around the world.
