Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Anthony Donovan manages a medical clinic for New York City's largest men's homeless shelter. He consults in organizational communication, team building and navigation of change. In 1990 he spent several months in conflict areas (Israel, South Africa, Northern Ireland, northern India, etc) facilitating and training in conflict management, community rebuilding, and mediation skills. He also consults after recently returning from study of Israeli hospital readiness and preparedness.
