K. Alan Snyder is an Associate Professor in the Robertson School of Government in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He also serves as Academic Dean for the School. Prior to teaching at Regent University, he was an Assistant Professor in the History and Political Science Department at Indiana Wesleyan University. Dr. Snyder received his Ph.D. in history from The American University and worked for five years as a historical consultant in the Washington, DC, area.
