Capt. Patricia Miller Rains (U.S.C.G. 100-Ton Master) co-authors "Mexico Boating Guide" and their previous book "Cruising Ports: Florida to California via Panama." Pat spent 5 years cruising the Sea of Cortez on her own boat, freelancing articles and photos for many nautical magazines.
