STEPHAN R. LEIMBERG is CEO of LISI, Leimberg Information Services, Inc., an e-mail newsletter and data base service for financial services professionals, CEO of Leimberg and LeClair, Inc., an estate and financial planning software company, President of Leimberg Associates, Inc., a publishing, software, and marketing consulting company, and Vice President of Leimberg and Leshner, a web based data delivery and web site creation service. He is the author of many books on estate, financial, and employee benefit and retirement planning and a nationally known speaker. Leimberg is the creator and principal author of the entire five book TOOLS AND TECHNIQUES series including THE TOOLS AND TECHNIQUES OF ESTATE PLANNING and TOOLS AND TECHNIQUES OF CHARITABLE PLANNNG. Leimberg co-authored, with noted attorney Howard Zaritsky, TAX PLANNING WITH LIFE INSURANCE.

CHARLES K PLOTNICK is a practicing attorney specializing in estate planning and administration in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania and is listed in Who’s Who in American Law. He is also an adjunct professor of estate planning at Temple University’s Graduate School of Business. Plotnick is co-author, with Stephan R. Leimberg, of HOW TO SETTLE AN ESTATE available from Amazon.com . He also coauthored with Leimberg KEEPING YOUR MONEY, published by John Wiley and Sons, GET RICH, STAY RICH, and THE EXECUTOR’S MANUAL published by Doubleday. Mr. Plotnick’s articles on estate planning have been selected for reprinting by the Judge Advocate General’s School, U.S. Army. Plotnick is widely quoted in the New York Times, the Philadelphia Inquirer, the Washington Post, Fortune Magazine, by Standard and Poor’s, and is a contributing author to the Dow Jones Handbook of Estate Planning. Plotnick has served as Director and President of the Montgomery County (PA) Estate Planning Council and was Regional Vice President of the National Association of Estate Planning Councils from 1974 to 1980.

DANIEL B. EVANS received his J.D. cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and practices law in Wyndmoor, Pennsylvania, mainly in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, and related tax planning for closely held businesses. He is active in the American, Pennsylvania, and Philadelphia Bar Associations, and has written and spoken extensively on estate planning and legal technology. In the ABA Section of Law Practice Management, Evans is (among other things) currently serving as the "Technology—Probate" editor of Probate and Property magazine, published by the Section of Real Property, Probate and Trust Law of the American Bar Association. Evans is the author of two books, Wills, Trusts, and Technology: An Estate Lawyer’s Guide to Automation and How to Build and Manage an Estates Practice, both published jointly by the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law and Law Practice Management Sections of the ABA.

RUSSELL E. MILLER is a REALTOR, radio talk show host, trust counselor and financial planner. Mr. Miller has hosted the "Russ Miller Show" featured as "Real Estate and Your Estate" on radio station WWDB in Philadelphia since 1974. He has also hosted several other such programs including NBC Talk Net from New York. Miller has written many pamphlets on real estate, financial and estate planning, including "A Millionaire’s Secret," "The Revocable Trust Deed," "Joint Tenants with Rights of Survivorship," "Family Estate Plans," and "The Short-Form Securities Trust." He is the Past President and Founder of the Trust Counselors’ Network, an estate planning organization for the development and use of trusts in estate planning. Miller is the Past President of the Delaware County Association of REALTORS for 1969 and was awarded REALTOR of the Year in 1968. He originated and chaired the Standard Forms Committee for the Delaware County Association of REALTORS and Pennsylvani
