John E. Mulford is the Dean of the School of Business, a full professor, and Regent University's Chief Investment Offfier. He also was one of the founding faculty of Regent's graduate school of business in 1982. With a Ph.D. in Planning Theory and Systems Analysis from Cornell University, Dr. Mulford's areas of expertise range from quantitative analysis to economics and ethics.

Mulford is one of the founding faculty of Regent's School of Business in 1982. Prior to coming to Regent, Mulford served as Vice President and senior economist at First Interstate Bank of California. He also conducted housing research for the Rand Corporation

Bruce Winston is Associate Professor of Management at Regent University and Associate Dean for the Center for Leadership Studies.He joined Regent in 1991. His doctorate is in business and he has two earned masters degrees in business and communication. In addition to his academic experience. worked in the printing industry for 14 years. He served as CEO of a medium sized printing company and marketing manager/quality improvement advisor for a large printing company. Dr. Winston maintains consulting contacts in the printing industry, non-profit ministries and small mission agencies.
