Eric is synonymous with leadership, keynoting as many as 50 large student leadership conferences each year, including the National Association of Student Councils, Key Clubs, DECA, FBLA, FFA, SADD, 4H, etc. He is the founder, co-author, and publisher for the TEEN POWER/LEAD NOW book series, and has written a business book for mangers entitled EMPLOYING GENERATION WHY. Eric and his family live atop Lookout Mountain in Golden, Colorado.
