An expert on "Brain Training," Marcia Reynolds, M.A., M.Ed., became interested in emotional intelligence after teaching management programs for 20 years and seeing most of what she taught forgotten by participants within 48 hours. When emotions took over, logic lost out. In subsequent research, she discovered that behavioral change had to include emotional factors to ensure success. She is honored to share the secrets of success she has found with you.

Marcia is also the author of Capture the Rapture: How to Step Out of Your Head and Leap into Life. She offers powerful keynotes, fun and effective seminars, and executive coaching on emotional intelligence and using emotions to improve leadership, presenting, and coaching skills.

Marcia has advanced degrees in communication and education and is a Master Certified Coach. She has presented her keynotes and seminars to a diverse set of organizations including multi-national technology corporations, health care organizations, and government agencies at all levels.
