Debbie Depp is President of The Fenemore Group, a management consulting and training firm. She works with CEO's and management teams who want to change behavior, increase productivity, and improve performance to achieve business objectives. Her clients range from tiny start-ups to giant multinationals.
With over 25 years as a sales and marketing executive - the last decade as a turnaround specialist - she successfully built, managed and restructured numerous sales organizations and was responsible for formulating growth strategies, transitioning business models, designing and managing strategic, key, national and multi-tier account programs, developing distribution channels, entering new markets, and training and motivating diverse sales teams. She is a frequent radio show guest and featured speaker at some of the nation's leading business forums.
She holds a BA from Denison University, including a year of study at the Sorbonne, Paris, France, an MBA from Northeastern University and has completed executive management programs at Columbia University and the Harvard Business School.
