Appears to be a self-published trade paperback reminiscence by a former Los Angeles-area policeman (later fugitive recovery operative), mainly concerning undercover drug operations but also touching on his role as a traffic cop, informing those receiving tickets that they were free to go to court to contest the ticket, while confiding to the reader that he didn't bother to inform the recipients they would thus spend two full days in court before the ticket was dismissed because he would be "too busy" to testify against them, which he considered just because it would constitute "two days time served." First-hand account of the Los Angeles riots of the late 1960s or early 1970s (the text is not strong on specific dates.) The reader's response to this book will likely depend heavily on his or her view of the "War on Drugs." Spelling is indifferent.
