Biografía del autor:
Joe Carroll is vice-president, human resources for IST Management Services. He is also a career coach, author and international speaker. He has over 20 years experience in human resource management and is certified as a senior professional in human resources by the Society for Human Resource Management. He is also a certified career coach granted by the Institute of Career Certifications International. Joe has published numerous articles on recruiting, career management and facilities management in many publications including the Facility Management Journal, Business To Business, Competitive Edge, Workforce, Legal Management, and Human Resource Information Management. He was also featured in Mail Management Magazine. Joe is the author of How To Get a Great Job in 90 Days or Less. Joe earned his Bachelors Degree in English from Queens College and his MBA from The College of Insurance in New York City. He is also a graduate of Coach U. Joe is a member of the International Coach Federation, Association of Career Professionals International and the Society for Human Resource Management.
