Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Arthur Joseph Lynch was born in Chicago, Illinois. He moved to California with his family at the age of eight and has lived in San Francisco Bay Area ever since. In high school he developed a bent for history, which he carried on in teaching after graduating from San Francisco State in 1957. In San Francisco he met and married Rene Fairbanks Dudney, the great-granddaughter of George R. Fairbanks. They have three grown sons and a granddaughter and live in Los Altos. In 1999 they cofounded their own publishing company: The Shambles Press.
