Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Dr. Chase is a Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and was the Clinical Director of the Barbara Davis Center for Childhood Diabetes from its opening in 1980 to 2000. He has published over 150 research articles and is also the author of all ten editions of the book "Understanding Insulin-Dependent Diabetes" (the "Pink Panther Book"). He will also be the recipient of the American Diabetes Association's 2001 Outstanding Physician Clinician in Diabetes Award.
