Surgical procedures are described with color photographs of surgery along with line drawings to provide the most realistic presentation of the surgery yet give the simplicity needed for teaching the technique. A new chapter in the surgical section was added "Reoperation Techniques, which includes lost muscle retreval and strabismus after retina surgery.

Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Kenenth W. Wright M.D. has been teaching strabismus surgery for over 15 years and is a true expert in the field. He is in "Americas Best Doctors" and has developed many of the surgical techniques used in strabismus surgery. He is professor of ophthalmology and pediatrics at University of California Irvine, is and director of pediatric ophthalmology. He is also director of pediatric ophthalmology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
