Michael Greenwood trained at St. John's College, Cambridge and St. Mary's Hospital, London and practiced Family Medicine in Victoria for many years. Currently, he teaches East-West Medicine at the International College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and is the Medical Director of the Victoria Pain Clinic.
