Dr. Johnston is columnist, commentor and speaker. He holds Emeritus status in the School of Business at Virginia Commonwealth University. He is the author of over 300 columns and radio commentaries on contemporary workplace issues. He holds a DBA from The George Washington University.

Ms. Linda Martin is a Certified Senior Proessional in Human Resources and is Director of Human Resources Development for a health care system. She holds an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth Univesity.
