Ms. Washington is not new to the writing world. Her first book of poems entitled "My Own Words-Chopping Down the Weeds, were published in 2000. Ms. Washington is a former casino worker who felt compelled to write a story about what its like to work inside a casino.

Caroline Washington is married and has on son named,Uriah.
