Sarah is the founder of Bright Lights, a discipleship ministry designed to equip young ladies to use the years of their youth fully for Christ. As of 2021, about 775 Bright Lights groups have started worldwide. Bright Lights hosts conferences for mothers and daughters, trains and equips leaders of Bright Lights groups, and provides discipleship material for young ladies.
 Sarah is the author of Before you Meet Prince Charming (over 80,000 sold), Speak Truth in Your Heart, the Bright Lights curriculum, and the coauthor (with her siblings) of Making Brothers and Sisters Best Friends.
 In May of 2020 Sarah married Andrew Hancock. Andrew and Sarah share a heart for discipleship, equipping believers, and strengthening youth and families. They are excited to see what God has for them in this new season as they serve Him as a couple.
