Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Dr. Susan D. Gilster is a leader in innovative healthcare project development and has been involved in creating programs and organizations in the United States and abroad. As an educator, researcher and practitioner, Susan has published and presented nationally and internationally on a variety of health and program development topics, specifically Alzheimer's disease programs, employee resources and most recently leadership development and organizational change. She has directed and conducted several clinical and drug research projects, many which were national in scope. Dr. Gilster has a strong desire to merge academia and practice ensuring that the best and latest technology and practices are brought into the clinical arena and serves the regions higher educational systems as a volunteer professor and preceptor.
