Paula Martin is the CEO of Martin Training Associates, a premiere management training company. She is a keynote speaker at PMI and other management conferences and is the author of numerous articles and white papers on project management and management practices. She is an expert on the new matrix management, the new accountability and collaborative approaches to project management, decision making, risk assessment and problem solving.

Bruce Chadbourne, PMP is a veteran Naval Officer and Engineering Project Manager with defense and information technology industries.
