Jean-Louis Trudel is the author of twenty-three books in French, including the novel Le Ressuscite de l Atlantide. He is also the author of over fifty short stories in French, published in magazines such as Imagine and Solaris, and has won the Aurora Award in 1994, 1996, 1997, 1999, and 2001. In addition he was awarded the Prix Boreal, in 1999 and 2002 as well as the Grand Prix de la Science-Fiction et du Fantastique quebecois in 2001.
