Dr. Craft has personally trained over 5,000 managers from hundreds of companies and his assessment tools have been administered to over 1,000,000 employees in the United States and Europe. His human capital research has been published in The Wall Street Journal, The Journal of Psychology, The Journal of Modern Business, and Selling Power magazine in addition to nationally distributed HR manuals. He has authored The Three Dimensions of Success, Hiring and Developing HorsePower, and Finders keepers, co-authored with Dr. Doug Waldo.
Dr. Craft is CEO of CraftSystems, an HR consulting company that specializes in employee selection, development, and retention. His company presently consults with hundreds of major corporations that include Xerox, MetLife, Shell, Hilton, Wells Fargo, and Time Warner.
