• created a double standard to keep private sector employees from a flextime policy, at the same time they created an exemption for all government workers
• altered the "plain language" of the law in court documents
• filed false and fraudulent court claims in order to harass and intimidate

You will also discover how their actions fall below the radar of Congress and the federal court’s system; and even when they are exposed, the agents are held to no accountability at all. But most importantly you will learn that the chief administrator feels it is acceptable for the department’s attorneys to do whatever is necessary to "win", and the most vulnerable among our society is the small business owner and her/his employees.

Our government was established with a system of "checks and balances", but you will be amazed at how the actual practice is unconcerned with the exposure of an agency’s misconduct and so dismissive of the "whistle-blower."

William G. Pierce, P.E. is a degreed and licensed mechanical engineer who specialized in conceptual engineering and development design to create new products and chemical processes. He also holds a Masters Degree in Education and has taught at the secondary level and college math classes. Today, he still teaches and does some free lance engineering while continuing to challenge the Department of Labor on their tactics used against small business owners, and the Agency s creation, enforcement, and litigation surrounding the double standard. He now asks for your help in a "call to action" in order to reign in the efforts of the federal bureaucrats.
