Trained in Near Eastern Studies, I later spent 10 years working as a marketing director and product manager for high-tech firms in Utah and California. This experience helped me focus my attention on what it was that I truly wanted my life to be.
A late bloomer when it comes to art, I was over thirty before I took up photography. And, it was only after I began using the 4x5 camera several years later still that I began to produce prints worthy of anyone's notice. Photography is more than a job. It's a way of experiencing life, a discipline, visual tai chi. Photography is a way of exploring my connection to the world
