Jeniece Isley is a self-taught home chef living in Harlem, NY with her fiance where she is hard at work developing recipes for the follow-up cookbook. Shakara Bridgers is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Currently residing in Harlem, Shakara works diligently to make Subira Publishing a successful boutique publishing house. Joan Davis currently works in healthcare at one of New York's premier hospitals. A native of South Carolina, she got first hand experience in the kitchen at a very young age. She now resides in Harlem, NY where she is actively involved in community organizations and mentoring programs.
