Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Dan Montez is General Director of Taconic Opera (taconicopera.org). He is also a professional opera singer, concert pianist, composer, conductor, stage director, and pedagogue. He has a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and a Master’s degree from San Jose State University. He lectures throughout the United States and has written many books (published on amazon.com) and also written for magazines, including a cover story for Norman Vincent Peale Foundation’s international periodical, Positive Living, and Classical Singer magazine. He has also composed numerous liturgical oratorios and other sacred choral works (wholenotepublishing.com). He served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Portugal and speaks six languages. He has spent many years in the church as a teacher-training instructor and Gospel Doctrine teacher. He held Stake positions for 15 years and recently served in his local Bishopric. He and his wife, Melissa, have homeschooled their three children in New York.
