Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

The information presented in the RV Handbook, 4th Edition is written and compiled by Dave Solberg, with the assistance of RV Industry experts, certified technicians, and RV enthusiasts.

Dave Solberg has over 25 years experience in the RV industry. After 15 years with Winnebago Industries, he has spent the last 6 years conducting RV buyer and dealer training seminars for both RV professionals and consumers.

In 2001 his Iowa based company developed the RV Safety Kit for the Recreational Vehicle Safety and Education Foundation (RVSEF). This comprehensive safety program is a compilation of industry approved information, supported by video, to aid in educating owners for the safe operation of their RVs.

Dave has driving certification from: The National Safety Council in the Defensive Driving School, Driving Skills for Life, The American Safety Council, and FEMA Emergency Management.

He has logged over 100,000 miles on the road in an RV.
