Angela Tovar Brutsché was born in the Lower Rio Grande Valley of Texas. She earned her B.A. in Communications and English from St. Edward’s University with help from the College Assistance Migrant Program. Later, she obtained an M.B.A. at Texas State University. A writer and editor, Angela lives in Austin, Texas, where she shares many big adventures with her husband and two children.
