Inhaltsangabe

There are many stories of the frontier, a time when this great country was having its own growing pains. In this book you will find a story of a man who is simply trying to survive from one day to the next against all odds. There are stories of outlaws and their attempts to take what they want and end up paying the price. There is a story of a man who stands by another person at the risk of his own life just to make that person's last days a little better. The Frontier is a collection of short stories about the struggles of some and the evil and others. There are stories of good triumphing over bad, and how even in a time when the law was often not to be found, some men still did what was right . Although the stories in this book are fiction, they show the spirit of those people that settled the west and helped make the legends of the Frontier

Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

I was born and raised in Ypsilanti, Michigan, but I have lived in several places around this country, most of it in the west. I currently live in South Dakota. I joined the Navy and served at San Diego Naval Hospital as a Hospital Corpsman. Later I worked in Law Enforcement in Colorado. It was at that time that I began to write as a form of relaxation I used what I learned about procedures and the law in my mysteries. My first book was a challenge from my wife. I read a book that I didn't like and made the comment that I could write a better book. My wife said that I could tell a good story and that I should write. That was the beginning. I have enjoyed writing for over twenty years. I like to simply tell a story, and that is what I do. J.E. Terrall
