A young girl falls asleep and dreams of an undersea Caribbean world, where she has become a seagirl named Luna. Her brother, a seaboy, is caught in a fisherman's net and whisked away. With the help of Johnny Sea Ranger and a the goddess-in-training, Yamaya, Luna takes on an evil poacher and his henchmen, in her effort to free her brother.
