Dr. Natasha Deonarain is a certified medical doctor who has been practicing acute care medicine for more than 20 years, first in Canada and then in the United States. In 2005, she opened three integrated health care clinics which featured an unusual combination of acute care practice (urgent care) with chiropractic medicine, acupuncture, massage therapy, and rehabilitation. As a key thought leader in her industry, she has written about healthcare reform, trends and the paradigm shifts necessary if Americans are to create a viable future for themselves. As a solution to the current healthcare system, whose stakeholders must keep us ill in order to continue earning their enormous profits, Dr. Deonarain has founded the Health Conscious Movement, which uses multiple social media channels to deliver a call to health consciousness.
