Micah Leydorf is a former Congressional press secretary and deputy chief of staff who gave up politics after ten years on Capitol Hill to concentrate on more important things–namely her family. She now lives with her husband and two sons in Oklahoma. Her move from Washington, D.C. to Oklahoma has given her ample opportunity to invest in family, church, and writing. Micah holds a master’s degree in journalism from the University of Oklahoma. While she has spent her life and career writing in many different capacities, this is her first book.

Christy Stewart lives in Moore, Oklahoma with her husband, Louis Stewart. She is a teacher, author, and mother of three beautiful kids: Destiny, Moses, and Hannah. Her job as a freelance writer offers her the freedom to travel the world doing her most important job, supporting her husband. As the wife of an Air Force officer, she has felt first-hand the pressures of single parenting as he travels around the world protecting this great nation we call home.
